Built to Move: Kelly Starrett – Fitness/movement and how it impacts our entire well-being. I enjoyed the tidbits of fitness tips, mobilization ideas, and down-to-earth feedback on how to incorporate movement into each aspect of your day.

Never Fight Alone: Shelomo Solson – Geared towards young adults to inspire them to reach out to others for support. Focused on overcoming mental health struggles.
